One of the best sushi places in Tokyo
I used it for birthday celebration. The location is easy to go within walking distance from Roppongi, and the inside of the store is also very good atmosphere, something like the courtyard has a taste.Basically, it is only the usual course, but I was surprised at the number of items I asked. In addition, we use red shari, silver shari properly depending on neta, and use skillfulness of grip carefully and can feel skill of craftsman about how to prepare of fish, how to cut, and was very impressed.Mr. Itamae who responded this time is a person who is extremely attentive, and despite having a conversation at a very small volume, he responds and responds promptly (in response to the remark that "Tsuri is" stomachy ... "at this time. Since then, I was impressed by having received a small amount of shari).I think from here I like it, but personally I like the flow of snacks β grip β I reduced it by one, but I think it is definitely a five store with only taste.
MoreGreat sushi
One of my favorite Sushi restaurant in Roppongi. What's great about it is that it's near my house! 13 pieces of sushi for 8000 yen, it's a great deal for the quality. Depending on the sashimi, the chef changes the type of rice, from regular sushi rice to red vinegar sushi rice. The ginger was homemade and was so delicious. The uni was the best uni I've ever had in my life. They prepare it using an oven. It's located on the first floor and pretty spacious. I'd say about 20 people can fit at once. Some say it's intimidating to come here for their first time, but I didn't get that feeling at all. I was even able to ask questions about the sushi and they answered to politely. It was pretty easy to make reservations as well. If you're looking for a good sushi place in Tokyo, I highly recommend here.
MoreThe sushi quality is okay but definitely overpriced. Normally when you spend like 20k+ yen for sushi, I'm expecting proper services and delicacy while this place seems to just offer freshness. Chefs are too busy to interact with you, they are always in rush that they forgot to clean up my plate when serving sushi.anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place.
MoreThe worst sushi bar in Tokyo I have experienced!!The young owner is very arrogant! This guy even intimidates you if you are not his customer....Very expensive!!! Be careful, spending meaningless time and money here.
MoreI'm usually not a fan of squid or mackerel, but a combination of the freshness and cutting/preparation style made even my least favorite dishes exquisite! There were some creative combinations like a sea-grape roe roll, but most of the course consisted of more conservative standards. Pricey for sure, but well worth it. Open for lunch as well.
MoreAlthough it is sushi, it offers not only raw fish, but also a variety of cooking methods such as roasted green onion and grilled shellfish on the side. The number of items is also abundant. It's delicious but there is something that is provided without knowing what the fish are (you can tell if you ask of course), so it's great to have a menuThe taste is the best.
MoreAmericans, be prepared to spend $230 per person for dinner and receive lesser quality plates than the Japanese customers. The eldest chef accidentally popped my pufferfish and spent about 60 seconds trying to push the contents back inside, then settled with setting the skin on top of it. He didn't know I was watching. Since it was just me and a bunch of Japanese customers, they gave the dish to me.Like many places in Tokyo, the racism is strong and you will be treated less professionally. Beware of this rather dishonorable business. It's fresh, but there are many better places to go than here. This was my second visit, and the last.
MoreShould be a 5-star but we waited almost 50 minutes from our reservation time (8pm). They put us in a private room and brought out lots of food and drinks to us.All the chefs seemed very busy and one head chef that prepares the sushi in the center of a 13-seater restaurant. We had 4 different sakes during our 4-hour meal. The sushi was very fresh. Fun experience with the other guests in the restaurant!
